We would love to see someone from your group to represent your local meeting!

We are actively building a strong community, and Intergroup is where it happens.  We celebrate the progress we make when we help Carry the Message and engage in inter-group communication.  Our recovery is stronger when we have programs and efforts that enhance the recovery of us all, and we can be stronger still!

Honoring the 12th Step
Service is the Cornerstone of Step 12

Some have personally found doing service to be a great way to learn to set boundaries and say no when we need or want to. Especially early on, we may still need to learn to set limits, and service in CoDA is a great way to practice setting limits in a safe environment.

It is also an excellent way to: Learn about the 12 Traditions; Make new friends in recovery;  Practice Tradition three;  Learn how to encourage & participate in building a healthy consensus through the group conscience process; Help to ensure CoDA’s continued health and presence; And to just plain enjoy some fun & fellowship!

Why do Service Work???

Interested? Please consider serving your local meeting, and the North Texas CoDA Community. There are also opportunities in CoDA Texas as well as CoDA World.
